To the Point


Went to the gym.  Alone!  Tried Turbo Kick.  Realized I need Super Slow-mo Kick in order to learn the moves.  Still burned many calories and dripped lots of sweat.

Came home and showered.

Packed a good lunch and then went snorkeling with sea turtles for the first time.  Had an amazing time.  Took lots of pictures and wrote a blog post.

Showered for the second time today. Ate a light and healthy dinner. Had a glass of wine – my first bit of alcohol in a while.

Went for a 3 mile walk with the family.  Exhausted myself.

Calories Burned: 2900(!)

Good day.  Now time for bed.  Night!
