Well the past week was a hot freaking disaster. I logged my food exactly two days out of seven.  And I snacked.  A lot.I drank alcohol almost every day.I did BodyPump once, running intervals once, and BodyCombat once.We walked three miles every day. Well, I successfully sat here drinking my coffee, eating my breakfast, and chatting on Facebook so long that it was too late to make it to Body Attack at the gym.  I’m even dressed.  Teeth brushed.  Socks on. I’ve been a bit rebellious over the past few days.  Rebellious against whom, you ask?  The scale.  The Fitbit.  Myself.  Whatever. Whoa Food

Oh today.  It was an interesting one. Breakfast: 640 calories of whole wheat pancakes with pure maple syrup, 2 scrambled eggs, and 3 slices of bacon. Lunch: frozen yogurt topped with gummy bears, chocolate covered raisins, cookie dough cubes, caramel bits, strawberries, and brownie bites – amounting to 10 oz.  Calories difficult to calculate but…
