Weight

My weight is up, down, all around. It’s fun to see how it’s changed throughout the years (even when it wasn’t favorable). :) Please note that I share this information because it holds little power over me. It’s a fun gauge of how I’m doing, but I’m not ashamed of the number.  It’s just a number! I’m much more concerned about the actions I take that lead to an increase or decrease.  I hope you’ll see it and understand that we all fluctuate and it means nothing.

P.S. You might have noticed that this page has changed a bit. I removed most of the data and condensed it down to monthly numbers to make it more visually appealing.
